Engaging with a Community - some guidelines

Sean O'Driscoll in a recent blog posting, has given some very useful guidelines on how to manage an online community and how this needs to be a mind-set change with the orgainisation first.

This does raise an important question about how much you restrict your community manager (and this applies to bloggers, social media participants, etc.)
