Mr Average?
Recent research by BIGResearch has found out that the average age of the adult American blogger is 37.6
There are no figures for the UK averge age. However my 38th birthday is in September... coincidence?

Nice blog
i have some Blogger template.. plz use this templates for your blog..its free...(i m not spammer)
I think it would be interesting to know the penetration of blogging in the UK. Finding ones to work with for my company is much harder from UK authors.
Do you think their is a reason or different mind set for not wanting to tell the world your thoughts?
Also how effective are you finding your blog for SEM and traffic. I am finding my blogger blog is getting very good position with very little effort but maybe that just the area I write in.

The recent Wave3 study by Universal McCann gives the following figures:
USA bloggers: 16.4m
UK bloggers: 4.3m
Divide thes figures by the total populations aged 15 - 54 (the demographic covered by this survey) gives a penetration of:
USA: 14.5%
UK: 12.3%
You don't look at day over 48 either...
