Apparently more videos are due to be put up, this time done by an actress who plays a 'virtual guide' role to introduce you to key brands they are promoting.

I like this and think that it shows an openness & approachability of their CEO. It also provides useful help and helps to develop trust in their prodcut. It is just one more way in which video is becoming the main media on the web.

"endless hours of research" could have been applied to some of their design but the site seems ok. Though they should pop up a virtual chat or ask a question box when he leaves the screen for more touch points with the customer. Rackspace for example now have no pricing and almost no information to read, they want contact and to sort a quote for you in the text chat popup
